Sell dataset on a marketplace: fees, payout and exclusivity
Updated
Three things decide what a marketplace listing is worth to a seller: the fee, the payout and the exclusivity.
Ask about selling my data Fees and payout as each marketplace's own pages put them, with our reading of exclusivity, one marketplace to a row.
The fee
Datarade's provider plans quote commission-only at $0 / year + 30% commission, with lower commissions on annual plans, such as $12,000 / year + 15% commission.

AWS Data Exchange charges tiered fulfilment fees on revenue it collects. The others on the board do not publish a seller fee.

The payout
Snowflake's page on provider transactions, invoicing and collections says payouts are made 30 days after payment is received in full. 7 of the 9 marketplaces state no payout schedule or method on the pages we read.
Whether the listing is exclusive
No page we read asks for exclusivity. Snowflake's provider terms call the licence a provider grants non-exclusive; Datarade and Kaggle say the data, or your ownership of it, stays with you, which the board reads as non-exclusive. The pages read for the rest are silent on it.
